Alex Delgado

Alex Delgado has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. In their most recent position as Director - IT Network at BioReference, Alex provided leadership and support in overseeing the company's IT network. Prior to this, Alex held the role of Vice President - Monitoring and Observability - Principal Consultant at AMD IT CONSULTING Inc., where they played a crucial role in strengthening IT operations for various clients. Alex also worked as a Principal Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, demonstrating expertise in designing and developing custom monitoring solutions. Earlier in their career, Alex held positions such as Senior Director, Technology Operations Engineering at Wiley, Founder and President at Uridium 3 Communications, Inc., and Senior Manager, Global Infrastructure and Support at International Flavors & Fragrances. Alex's work experience also includes roles at IDT and Net2Phone, contributing to their extensive knowledge in data center management and network engineering.

Alex Delgado attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994, receiving a degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics. From 1993 to 1997, Alex studied Computer Science at William Paterson University of New Jersey. In addition to their education, Alex holds certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. and as a Dynatrace Associate from Dynatrace.
