John Boucard

John Boucard, MBA, CPIM has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. John has held various leadership roles in notable healthcare companies. At BioReference Laboratories, they served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain, where they managed a diverse team and implemented a warehouse management system to improve inventory tracking. As the Director of Operational Excellence in Supply Chain, they significantly improved process efficiency and reduced non-value-added steps in warehouse operations. John also served as the Director of Scarlet Health, where they guided nationwide expansion and implemented Lean Six Sigma protocols for improved quality control. At Quest Diagnostics, they led the integration of Shiel Medical Laboratories after being promoted to Territory Manager of Patient Services. John has extensive experience in managing teams, driving continuous improvement, and implementing innovative solutions in the healthcare industry.

John Boucard has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University Silberman College of Business, which they completed between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Swarthmore College, graduating in 2010. In addition to their degrees, John Boucard holds certifications such as Planning and Inventory Management Certification (CPIM) from APICS Supply Chain Council, obtained in August 2023, and they are a Realtor certified by the National Association of REALTORS® since 2021. John has also received training as a Six Sigma Black Belt from BioReference Laboratories and as a Sigma Green Belt from Quest Diagnostics.
