Manasee Kurlekar has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and positions. Starting their career at SICOM Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in 1995, they worked there until 2003. Manasee then went on to work at Proteus Financial Consultants as a Senior Consultant from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they joined Sequoia Energy and Environment Pvt. Ltd. as their CFO from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they became the CEO of ARTHAVID Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Manasee then held CFO positions at Pahwa MetalTech, SCI Knowledge Interlinks Pvt. Ltd., and Asian Conventions and Expositions Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 onwards. In 2016, they also became the President of MMActiv Singapore Pte Ltd. and the CFO of MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications Private Limited. Most recently, they became the CEO of the Media division at MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications Private Limited and the Chief Executive Officer at MMActiv Singapore Pte Ltd. Both of these roles started in August 2023.
Manasee Kurlekar completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Mathematics from Ramnarain Ruia College in the period of 1986 to 1990. Manasee further pursued their studies at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and obtained a Master of Management Studies (M.M.S.) degree in Finance from 1990 to 1992.
In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in various subjects. In June 2017, they received a certification titled "What is news?" from Coursera. In February 2017, they completed a certification course on Storytelling by Shane Snow, offered by LinkedIn.
