Doug Snaza

Doug Snaza serves as an IT Project Manager at Bio-Techne since January 2022 and has been an Assistant Coach at Bloomington Jefferson High School since October 2016, where significant contributions include fostering a positive team culture and organizing datasets to assist students in reaching measurable goals. Previously, Doug held the position of Director of Outreach and Programs at Presbyterian Clearwater Forest, overseeing program development and managing seasonal staff. Other roles include Director of Youth Ministries at The House of Hope Presbyterian Church and Director of Christian Education at Federated Church in Fergus Falls, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, training volunteers, and planning youth engagement activities. Doug's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology Project Management from Capella University and prior studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
