Peter Neufeld

Peter Neufeld is an accomplished software development manager and engineering lead with a strong background in managing engineering teams and technical projects across various companies. Currently, Peter serves as the Software Development Manager and Engineering Lead at Biobest since July 2025, where successful acquisition of the engineering product and team has been achieved. Previously, at ecoation from June 2021 to July 2025, Peter advanced responsibilities to oversee the entire data pipeline and AWS cloud services, managing the complete production engineering tech stack. Notable previous roles include Software Development Manager for Mobile, Embedded, and Web Applications and Team Lead for Embedded Software at ecoation, Director and Programmer at Sudo Games Corporation, and Software Engineer at Arista Networks. Peter began a career at Avigilon as Team Lead and Embedded Software Development Engineer II. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) (Honours) in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
