Els Pauwels

Els Pauwels is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate, commercial, and M&A law. Currently serving as Legal Affairs Manager at BioFirst Group since January 2024, Els previously held the same title at Biobest Group from March 2023 to December 2023. Prior to that, Els functioned as Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Planet First Partners from August 2019 to February 2023, and served as Chief Legal Officer at Armonea from February 2009 to May 2019. Additionally, Els worked as a Lawyer at VWEW Advocaten from September 2001 to December 2008. Els holds a Licentiate degree in Law from KU Leuven, with further studies undertaken at the University of Liège.
