John Lepore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ProFound Therapeutics, John previously held significant leadership roles at Flagship Pioneering as CEO-Partner and at GSK, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President positions overseeing Research and R&D Pipeline, as well as leading multiple therapeutic areas such as Metabolic Pathways and Cardiovascular. Additionally, John contributed to the academic field as a faculty member in the Cardiovascular Medicine Division at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
