Kathleen Duyshaver

Kathleen Duyshaver is an experienced financial and human resources professional with a robust background in strategic financial planning, analysis, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Deputy CFO and Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at BIOCODEX since February 2011, Kathleen supports various commercial entities and manufacturing operations while delivering insights for decision-making. Previous roles include Global Finance Project Manager and Finance & HR Manager at BIOCODEX, where Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in financial consolidation, workforce cost forecasting, and resource management. Prior experience includes HR consulting at Finalyse and a brief tenure at Toyota Motor Europe. Kathleen holds an Advanced Management & Leadership Programme from Rotterdam School of Management and various degrees in economics and life sciences from KU Leuven and the Institute Pharmaceutical Industry Belgium.
