Baskaran Karunanithi has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Baskaran started their career at Shasun Chemicals as an Assistant Manager from 2005 to 2007. Baskaran then joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2009, where they held various roles such as Associate Director and Manager until 2022. At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, they were responsible for global quality management. In 2020, Baskaran joined Biocon Limited as the Head of the Operation Quality Team, where they verify and monitors compliance at API manufacturing sites, harmonizes practices across sites, and implements corrective actions.
