Roni Niflaee

Roni Niflaee currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at BioHarvest Sciences since April 2025. Prior to this role, Roni held the position of Human Resources Director at VBI Vaccines Inc. from July 2016 to April 2025, where responsible for leading the HR department and participating in the local leadership team. Roni's earlier experience includes roles as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Convertonet, as well as a position in Human Resources at Migdal Capital Markets and as Human Resources Manager at Comverse Technology, Inc. Roni Niflaee holds a Master’s degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
