Joel Weidman

Joel Weidman is a Senior Process Engineer at BioLamina, starting in August 2024. Prior to this role, Joel served as a Scientist at XNK Therapeutics from November 2021 to May 2024, focusing on the development of autologous NK cell treatments for cancer patients, specifically in manufacturing and process development. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at AFRY Food & Pharma from January 2021 to October 2021, where Joel contributed to sustainability and digitalisation efforts. Additionally, a Master's thesis was completed at the Department of Immunotechnology, Lunds University, focusing on dendritic cell populations. Joel's education includes a Master of Engineering in Nanoscience from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and an exchange term in Nanobiology at Delft University of Technology.
