Eileen Gonzalez

Eileen Gonzalez, PhD, currently serves as Product Marketing Manager at BioLegend, where responsibilities include managing product portfolios in multiomics, spatial biology, and antibody applications while collaborating with various teams to develop effective product messaging. Previously, Eileen held the position of Product Manager at BioLegend, focusing on Western blotting and microscopy application products and fostering interdepartmental partnerships. Eileen's academic background includes extensive research at UC San Diego, particularly examining the roles of Beclin1 and Beclin2 in heart quality control mechanisms as part of a six-year project during a graduate student researcher tenure, as well as mentoring undergraduate students in research through the STARS program. Eileen holds a PhD in Biology from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from California State University, Los Angeles.
