Christopher also worked at Epsilon as the Manager of Human Resources Programs, leading HR projects and technology implementations. Christopher's earlier experience includes roles at Bank of America as a Recruiting Coordinator, Kforce Inc. as an HR Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator, Tabs Direct (DAS) as a Human Resources Coordinator, and RAPP (Omnicom Group Inc.) as a Human Resource Contract Coordinator.
Christopher Lee attended Western Governors University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Human Resource Management. Christopher completed their education at this institution in 2020. In addition to their degree, Lee obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they received the Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry. In 2016, they obtained the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification from CPP, Inc. and the Interview Architect certification from Korn Ferry. In the same year, they also earned the Mind Gym certification. Most recently, in April 2021, Lee obtained the Inclusive Mindset certification from LinkedIn.
