Charles Hawes is a seasoned professional in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) with extensive experience in market access strategies within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Charles leads global market access initiatives for Haemophilia A Gene Therapy, focusing on integrated evidence strategies and health economic modeling across EMEA and globally. Prior to BioMarin, Charles worked at Pfizer in various roles, including Health & Value Team Lead, where leadership in national market access submissions was a key responsibility. Charles's career began at IMS Health as an HEOR Analyst, providing consulting services across multiple geographies.
