Steven Schwarz is a prominent figure in pediatric medicine, currently serving as a Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University since August 2008. In addition to this role, Steven Schwarz holds the position of Director of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Children's Hospital at Downstate and serves as Vice Chair of the IRB at the Biomedical Research Alliance of New York.
