Norm Welker

Norm Welker currently serves as Manager of Project Management at Biomerics, focusing on facility design and construction. From April 2014, Norm has been a Senior Consultant at Actalent. Previously, as Owners Representative at Precision Concepts from March 2019 to July 2023, project management of a 32,000 SF manufacturing plant renovation was undertaken. Additional experience includes roles at Flow Lexus as a Courtesy Driver and tutoring math for seventh and eighth graders at Guilford County Schools. Norm has also contributed as a CTE Teacher at Aycock Middle School, as an Industrial Engineer Consultant with Timken, and as a Facilities Engineer for Forsyth County Government, among other positions. Education includes a Teacher Certification from UNCG and a BS in Industrial Technology from Southeast Missouri State University, along with earlier education at Washington University in St. Louis.
