Jeff Snyder

Jeff Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeff started their career as a Scientist at Pfizer, Inc, where they contributed to the synthesis and selection of clinical candidates and development compounds. Jeff then joined Monsanto Company as a Scientist, working on a tissue factor VIIa project. Jeff later became a Continuous Service Improvement IT Analyst at Monsanto, driving the adoption of continuous service improvement through innovative solutions. Jeff also served as a Product Delivery & Support Innovations Team Project Manager, where they conceptualized and implemented productivity solutions for support organizations. At Technology Partners (bioMerieux), Jeff worked as a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst, leading projects to enhance continuous improvement and developing data visualizations. Jeff then joined bioMérieux, initially as a Clinical Sciences Data Management System Analyst, responsible for advancing the digital transformation in Clinical Affairs. Jeff later became an Intrapreneur/Incubation Project Lead, where they evaluated innovative ideas and pitched them to executive leadership for funding. Jeff'smost recent role at bioMérieux is as a Lead Engineer, coordinating and interacting with technical and business experts to develop innovative business proposals and plans.

Jeff Snyder has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at Bradley University from 1991 to 1995. In 2010 and 2011, Jeff attended St. Louis Community College, studying Information Systems without receiving a degree. Jeff also holds certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2016, and Scrum Master Certification (CSM) from 3Back LLC.
