Jeff Snyder has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at Bradley University from 1991 to 1995. In 2010 and 2011, Jeff attended St. Louis Community College, studying Information Systems without receiving a degree. Jeff also holds certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2016, and Scrum Master Certification (CSM) from 3Back LLC.
