Brian H. Lee, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and molecular biology. Currently serving as Manager of Software Applications at Bionano Genomics, Inc. since April 2022, Brian previously held roles including Customer Success Manager and Field Application Scientist at BioDiscovery from April 2018 to April 2022. Brian's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology & Genomics from the University of Southern California, where research focused on the role of coregulator Hic-5 in glucocorticoid receptor interactions. Brian also contributed as a Research Associate II at City of Hope, specializing in the design of genetically engineered recombinant bispecific antibodies, and as a Molecular Genetics Technologist Associate, analyzing genomic DNA for links to neurodevelopmental disorders. Brian's education also includes a Master's in Biological Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a double major Bachelor's in Biological Sciences and Psychology from UC Irvine.
