Anita Meyer-Eppler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate culture strategy and change management. Currently serving as Director of Global Corporate Culture Strategy at BioNTech SE since May 2022, Anita focuses on developing tools and processes for cultural reflection and change. Prior roles include Manager of Internal Communications, Change & Culture at BioNTech, where evaluation strategies for culture and change campaigns were created. At R.A.T.E. GmbH, Anita worked as Corporate Development & Senior Project Manager, providing evidence-based guidance for cultural transformation in multinational pharma companies. Previous experience also includes a managerial position at EY, leading HR and process workstreams in M&A projects, and a freelance journalism role at Springer Fachmedien, covering topics related to IT strategy and human resources.
