Anya Otteny

Anya Otteny serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Global Operations at BioNTech SE since September 2021, after holding the position of Manager Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA at Dentsply Sirona, and various positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Manager Talent Acquisition and Senior Corporate Recruiter Talent Management. Anya's career began at DOCS International Germany GmbH, where responsibilities included Principal Consultant for the DACH Region Executive Search in Life Sciences and Research Consultant for executive search within the same sector. Anya holds a Diplôme National Supérieur d’art Plastique from École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris and further education from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Universität.
