Joseph Tagman, MSHRD, PHR, is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation for the US at BioNTech SE since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Corza Medical and Neles, where responsibilities included managing compensation, benefits, and compliance on a global scale. Notably, Neles was formed following the separation of Metso Flow Control. Joseph's career began with roles as a Compensation Analyst at multiple healthcare organizations and progressed through positions at Reliant Medical Group, HealthAlliance Hospital, and Northern Benefits.
