Ajay Kulshreshtha currently serves as Vice President of Sales Marketing at Bioprime™ since July 2023. Previously, Ajay held the position of Assistant Vice President in Sales & Marketing at Sulphur Mills Ltd from February 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included streamlining brand business operations and developing SOPs. Ajay's extensive experience includes Sr. General Manager at PI Industries, General Manager & Head of Unit Operations at Global Agrisystems, and Sr. Manager roles at Aditya Birla Retail Limited and Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd. Ajay began the career as Zonal Commercial Manager at Mahindra Shubh Labh Pvt Ltd and worked as State In-charge at Syngenta India Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Agriculture from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, obtained from 1987 to 1993.

Bioprime was founded by three researchers who believe that cutting edge technology can truly transform agriculture in India and globally. The company believes in using time tested molecules and environment-friendly chemistry in keeping with sustainable agriculture at its core.
