Tutram Nguyen is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical and executive search roles across various industries, particularly technology. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at BioRender, Tutram is dedicated to enhancing the communication of science through visual graphics. Prior experience includes roles at Russell Reynolds Associates as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant, and Ironclad as a Technical Recruiting Manager, where Tutram significantly expanded engineering teams and improved compensation structures.
