Joseph Dahl

Joseph Dahl is an accomplished scientist with extensive expertise in DNA replication and synthesis. Currently serving as the Innovation Team Lead and Senior Scientist at BioSkryb Genomics since October 2021, Joseph previously worked as a Postdoctoral Trainee in the DNA Replication Fidelity group at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences from August 2016 to October 2021. Joseph earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz, focusing on the kinetic mechanisms of DNA polymerases during replication, following a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the same institution. Additionally, Joseph has experience as a researcher utilizing nanotechnology for DNA polymerase characterization and has provided instructional support to junior college students in molecular biology topics through NIH/ACCESS at Cabrillo College.
