Kai M. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2020. They started their career as a Marketing Analyst at Limited Brands in 2008 and stayed with the company until 2011. From there, Kai M. moved on to Saks Fifth Avenue where they worked as a Sr. Marketing Coordinator from 2011 to 2012. They then transitioned to De Beers Diamond Jewellers as a Marketing Manager from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Kai M. joined SEPHORA as a Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager for Marc Jacobs Beauty, but their tenure lasted only from April to November of the same year. That same year, Kai M. joined Kendo Brands, Inc. as the Head of E-commerce + Digital, where they launched and managed FentyBeauty until January 2019. Finally, Kai M. joined Biossance in January 2019 as the Senior Director of Ecommerce and later took on the role of VP of Ecommerce, starting in May 2020.
Kai M. has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Interactive Media Studies from Miami University. Additionally, Kai M. has studied Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School.
