Karoline Krekorian Poss

Karoline Krekorian Poss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and program coordination within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Industry Programs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization since May 2023, Karoline oversees the BIO International Convention Program Committee and the Call for Sessions process, managing over 400 proposals annually. Previously, as Events Manager at the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation from June 2018 to May 2023, Karoline successfully led the transition to virtual events, managed logistics for over 55 virtual and 20 in-person events yearly, and increased participant attendance through innovative event formats. Earlier roles at the National Retail Federation and other organizations provided a solid foundation in event planning, speaker logistics, and administrative support. Karoline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Theology and Religious Studies from The Catholic University of America.
