Biotest
Antje Gutmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Antje started their career in 1994 at Abbott as a Quality Assurance Specialist and then progressed to the position of Quality Teamleader. From 2004 to 2009, they served as the Head of Logistics Quality Assurance at Abbott. In 2009, they joined Biotest AG and held the role of Project Engineer Quality Control. Antje later became the Head of Quality Systems at Abbott from 2009 to 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager Quality at Abbott. In 2017, they returned to Biotest AG as the Head of Quality Assurance Operations Investigations, and in 2019, they assumed the role of Vice President Quality Assurance Systems.
Antje Gutmann attended Technische Universität Darmstadt from 1988 to 1994, where they pursued a Diplom degree in Biologie, allgemein.

Biotest AG is a Germany-based provider of plasma proteins and biological drugs. The Company, with a chain that extends from pre-clinical and clinical development to worldwide marketing and distribution, mainly specializes in the areas of clinical immunology, hematology and intensive care medicine. Biotest AG develops, manufactures and markets immunoglobulin, coagulation factors and albumins based on human blood plasma. These are used for diseases of the immune and hematopoietic systems. In addition, the Company develops monoclonal antibodies in the indications of cancer of plasma cells and systemic lupus erythematosus, which are produced by recombinant technologies.
