Dan Nelson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software verification and manufacturing engineering. Currently, Dan serves as a Senior Engineer in Software Verification at BIOTRONIK since August 2015. Previously, Dan worked at Welch Allyn as a Manufacturing Engineer from May 2000 to March 2015, contributing to the production and testing of medical monitors and their subsystems. Earlier in Dan's career, from September 1994 to December 1999, work as a Product Engineer at Delphi focused on continuous product and process improvement in a high-volume automotive pressure sensor manufacturing line. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Washington and an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Engineering from Portland Community College.
