Jens-Peter Rohrlack has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2001 as a Materialbuchhalter for the Bundeswehr. Jens-Peter then worked as an IT Administrator and IT-HelpDesk specialist for Florian Schwanhäusser Immobilien from 2000 to 2004. Jens-Peter also gained experience as a Webdesigner with nocatch design from 2001 to 2007.
In 2008, Jens-Peter joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK as a Softwareentwickler. During their time there, they worked on various R&D projects related to Industry 4.0, specializing in software engineering, architecture, and UI design.
From 2014 to 2017, Jens-Peter worked for Model Engineering Solutions GmbH, first as a Software Engineer and later as a Scrum Master & Project Lead. Jens-Peter'sresponsibilities included promoting and establishing the Scrum framework, coaching and training, and fostering the creation of a quality management BI product.
Since 2017, Jens-Peter has been employed at BIOTRONIK as a Senior Software Engineer & Feature Team Lead. In this role, they are responsible for software engineering tasks such as back-end development and application layer, as well as managing the central logging infrastructure and identity access management. Additionally, they serve as the feature team lead for integrated in-house products.

Jens-Peter Rohrlack completed their education at the Technische Universität Berlin from 2007 to 2013, earning a B.Sc. degree in Mathematik, Technische Informatik. Prior to that, they obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Kolleg VHS Tempelhof-Schöneberg between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including PSPO II - Professional Scrum Product Owner, PAL I - Professional Agile Leadership, Functional Programming Principles in Scala, PSPO I - Professional Scrum Product Owner, and PSM I - Professional Scrum Master.
