Matthew Clendining has a strong background in marketing and sales in the medical industry. Matthew started their career at Smith & Nephew Wound Management as a Brand Manager and held various roles there from 1998 to 2001. Matthew then became the Sales and Marketing Manager for Central & Eastern Europe at Smith+Nephew from 2001 to 2004. Matthew served as the Global Marketing Manager at KCI Medical B.V. from 2004 to 2006, and then as the European Marketing Manager at Align Technology from 2006 to 2008. Matthew joined BIOTRONIK in 2013, where they initially served as the Marketing Director before becoming the Vice President of Commercial Operations in 2022.
Matthew Clendining studied at the University of Leeds from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Genetics.
