Guilherme Loss is a skilled bioinformatician with extensive experience in the analysis of genomics, transcriptomics, and small RNAomics. Currently serving as a Pesquisador em Bioinformática at Biotrop Soluções Biológicas since June 2023, Guilherme previously held the position of Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at BiomeHub from October 2019 to May 2023. Prior roles include System Analyst at LNCC, Senior System Analyst at CTIS, and a Postdoctoral Researcher, focusing on high-throughput sequencing analysis and development of bioinformatic programs and pipelines. Guilherme's academic background includes a PhD in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, as well as degrees in Information Technology and Biology.
