Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Heraeus Medical USA from 2017 to 2022, where they achieved significant revenue growth and improved order efficiency. Before that, they worked at Allergan | LifeCell as Associate Director, leading market research and customer operations, and at Biomet as Director of Global Sales Operations. Philip began their career at DATASCOPE CORP. MAQUET CARDIOVASCULAR CARDIAC ASSIST, where they worked as a Senior Sales Analyst and Business Project Manager.
