Andrea Dilla Molina started their work experience in 2017 as an Auxiliar de selección de personal at the Policía Local. In 2019, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at the Hospital Universitario de Fuenlabrada, where they rotated through different areas and performed various functions related to recruitment and training. Currently, in 2020, they work as a People Specialist/Recruiter at Bipi, a technology startup revolutionizing the automotive market in Spain, France, Italy, and other countries.
Andrea Dilla Molina completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from the year 2015 to 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Work Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and HR Management at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2019 to 2020.
