Chris Olson P.geo.

Chris Olson P.Geo. is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Geologist at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. since April 2015, Chris focuses on resource assessment and the management of geospatial databases. Prior to this, Chris held various roles at TAQA NORTH Ltd., including Senior GeoScience Software Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed the management and training of GeoScience applications and spatial data management. Chris also contributed to Talisman Energy as an Explorationist, specializing in geology for multiple gas delivery units and waterflood optimization projects. Earlier career experiences include positions at Landmark Graphics and Talisman Energy that involved consulting, technical training, and supporting geological teams across various regions. Chris holds a BSc in Geology with a Petroleum Concentration from the University of Calgary.
