Richard Taylor

Richard Taylor has extensive experience in management and technology consulting, currently serving as a Partner at The Birchman Group since October 2004, where the focus is on helping organizations achieve agility through technology and digital transformation. Prior roles include Head of Consulting at The Birchman Group with a focus on leading consulting projects in the UK, Project EVO Change and Comms at Vodafone, Business Transition Manager for a significant transformation at Burberry, and Head of Business Process at Arval - BNP Paribas Group. Earlier in the career, Richard held several consulting positions at AXA, Standard Chartered Bank, AMP, and NatWest Consulting, contributing to various major transformation programs. Richard Taylor graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Systems Modelling from Sheffield Hallam University in 1994.
