Frank Roessler has a significant amount of experience in the real estate industry. Frank founded and served as the CEO of Ashcroft Capital, LLC in 2014, and also founded and served as the CEO of Birchstone Residential in 2013. Prior to starting their own companies, Frank worked as an Asset Manager at M&A Real Estate Partners from October 2008 to December 2015. Here, they managed a portfolio of 15 multifamily properties with over 4,000 units located across the US. Frank also gained experience as an intern at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in 2008.
Frank Roessler obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University between 1997 and 2001. Frank then pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they completed their MBA from 2006 to 2008.
