Todd then transitioned to ACS Infrastructure Canada as an In-House Counsel before eventually joining Bird Construction as Vice President, Legal in the Buildings and Bird Capital division. Todd holds a LLB in Law from the University of Ottawa and a HBA in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
