Todd has had a long and impressive career in legal and financial services, starting as a Student-at-Law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP before moving up to become an Associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. Todd then transitioned to ACS Infrastructure Canada as an In-House Counsel before eventually joining Bird Construction as Vice President, Legal in the Buildings and Bird Capital division. Todd holds a LLB in Law from the University of Ottawa and a HBA in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
