Anja Hofmann

Anja Hofmann is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and competition law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel IP at BIRKENSTOCK since April 2022, Anja previously worked as a Lawyer at Preu Bohlig & Partner and as an Associate at Osborne Clarke. Anja's foundational experience includes roles as a legal trainee at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Oppenhoff & Partner Rechtsanwälte, and the Deutsche Botschaft Stockholm. Anja holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Cape Town and has completed legal education at the Higher Regional Court Cologne and the University of Cologne.
