Jan Droste

Jan Droste is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance Wholesale EMEA and Head of Finance Wholesale Europe at BIRKENSTOCK since January 2023. Prior to this, Jan held significant roles at Beam Suntory from September 2018 to December 2022, including Senior Finance Manager International Region Finance CoE and FP&A Manager Western Europe. Jan's career also includes positions at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Finance Analyst and at Pernod Ricard as a Junior Controller. Early career experiences involved roles at Ford Motor Company, GALERIA Kaufhof GmbH, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and WARSTEINER Brauerei. Jan holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from FH Münster and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the same institution, along with semesters abroad at Hawaii Pacific University and Niels Brock.
