Ravi Purohit

Ravi Purohit has extensive work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Ravi started their career as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 1992 to 1994. Ravi then joined Wipro in 1996 and held various positions, including Program and Delivery Manager and General Manager and Global Head of the Food and Beverage Segment. During their time at Wipro, they were responsible for driving growth, profitability, and value to clients and the company. Ravi also played a key role in developing partnerships and relationships with industry leaders. From 2015 to 2019, Ravi worked for ColorTokens, Inc. as Vice President & India Head, leading and building the India team and providing global support. Currently, Ravi is working at Birlasoft as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of the ERP business.

Ravi Purohit completed their primary education at Rao Saheb J C Munshi School in Surat from 1976 to 1980, followed by primary education at TNTV in Surat from 1980 to 1981. Ravi then attended Rachana School in Ahmedabad from 1981 to 1986, where they completed their SSC. Ravi went on to St Xavier Loyola School in Ahmedabad from 1986 to 1988, where they completed their 12th Grade (HSC). Ravi later enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1988 to 1992, earning a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering. Finally, Ravi pursued a PGDM at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1994 to 1996.
