Shweta Sharma

Shweta Sharma is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in software engineering and testing. At Birlasoft since November 2016, Shweta has held the position of Project Manager as well as Sr. Team Lead for Testing. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Build & Release Specialist at GE Energy Connections, where integration testing was a focus, and Sr. Engineer at Alstom Power, also engaging in integration test case development. Earlier, Shweta was Technical Lead for Production Support at Vertex Business Services and a Technical Support Engineer at Hewitt Associates, providing critical support for batch job scheduling and monitoring. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University and has completed advanced studies in International Marketing, including an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Additional qualifications include ITIL V3 Foundation and a program from NIIT.
