LaDon Champagnie has a diverse work experience in the field of education and sports coaching. They have served as a Teacher, Head Boys Basketball Coach, and Inclusion Equity and Diversity Coordinator at Bishop DuBourg High School. Additionally, they have worked as the Director of Operations for Men's Basketball at Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to that, LaDon worked as an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach at Westminster Christian Academy in St. Louis.
LaDon Champagnie earned an Associate's degree from Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley from 2008 to 2010. Following this, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Missouri Baptist University where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
