John Horky

John Horky is an accomplished professional in product development and engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles within the homecare and tools industries. Currently serving as SVP of Global Product Development at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since July 2020, John previously held the position of VP of Global Product Development, Quality, and Process. Prior to joining BISSELL, John spent 25 years at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where John served as Vice President of Engineering. John Horky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
