Sandie Charles

Sandie Charles serves as Senior Legal Counsel EMEA at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Sandie held the position of Corporate Legal Counsel at IQ-EQ from November 2022 to February 2024, focusing on contract negotiations and GDPR policy implementation. Prior to that, Sandie was Legal Counsel at Spotzer Digital, managing international contracts for digital and tech service resellers. Sandie's experience also includes a role as Principal at Ultra Capital LLC, overseeing corporate documents and legal research, and as a Partner at Johnson Camacho & Singh, where corporate compliance and advisory were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Master’s Degree in European & International Business Law from Leiden University, a Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School, and an LLB (Hons) from the University of London.
