Ekaterina Eshieva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal roles. Currently serving as SVP-Compliance Lead and Compliance Officer at BITA since June 2019, Ekaterina has demonstrated expertise in compliance leadership. Prior positions include a Marketing and Business Development Intern at TechQuartier, where responsibilities included building partnerships and creating marketing materials, and a role in the Legal Global Corporate Banking Department at Banco Santander, focusing on banking transactions for German, Austrian, and Swiss clients. Ekaterina has also contributed as a Visa and Migration Officer at the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, a Legal Intern at various organizations, and an English teacher, showcasing a diverse skill set. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt and a Master of Laws from the University of Glasgow, among others.
