Ngatetsang Thyson Makitla is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in VoIP and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Voice Engineer at BitCo Telecoms since September 2019, Ngatetsang oversees VoIP servers and infrastructure. Previously, Ngatetsang held positions as IT Solutions and VoIP Supervisor and Senior VoIP Engineer at Nashua Tshwane, where responsibilities included supervision and coordination of VoIP and IT solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a VoIP Engineer at Emid, Project and Development Leader at OTEL Telecoms, and Support Engineer positions at O-Tel Africa and Rheid Communications. Ngatetsang has a diverse educational background, including a certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ECN and a Computer Technician qualification from Pinnacle Business College.

In addition, we partner with Open Access Providers across South Africa to offer Fibre to the Home. Our robust network core is housed in one of SA’s foremost Datacentres. Here, we peer directly with the other major operators as well as NAP Africa, JINX, CINX and DINX. We have international internet breakouts in Johannesburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Cape Town.
