Currently serving as a Service Account Manager at BitCo since September 2019, Vanee Balli proactively engages with clients, managing support queries and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Prior experience includes roles at rain South Africa, where Vanee Balli supervised retentions and LTE migrations, and at iBurst (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities included managing a team of customer service agents and ensuring high performance in a call center environment. Vanee Balli's career began as a Credit Controller at Dr Bouwer and Partners, focusing on collections and investigations related to medical aid claims. Vanee Balli holds a Diploma in Credit Management and additional qualifications in education and legal secretarial studies.

In addition, we partner with Open Access Providers across South Africa to offer Fibre to the Home. Our robust network core is housed in one of SA’s foremost Datacentres. Here, we peer directly with the other major operators as well as NAP Africa, JINX, CINX and DINX. We have international internet breakouts in Johannesburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Cape Town.
