Sorina Dragomirescu

Sorina Dragomirescu has extensive experience in training support and project management, currently serving as the Partner Enablement Support & Onboarding Project Manager and Training Support Specialist at Bitdefender since August 2017. Responsibilities include the daily operation of the training department, facilitating training for internal and external users, and maintaining effective communication regarding training registrations. Prior to Bitdefender, Sorina worked as a Training Analyst at Societe Generale European Business Services, focusing on learning and development processes and employee enrollment in training sessions from November 2015 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at Webhelp, where Sorina addressed customer inquiries and evaluated solutions from January 2014 to November 2015. Sorina holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
