Jean de Saint Michel

Jean de Saint Michel currently serves as the Head of Data Platform & Engineering at Bitpanda since September 2023. Previously, Jean held various roles including Senior Data & Analytics Engineer at Spotify (2021-2023) and Data Engineer at Facebook (2018-2021). Prior experience also includes positions as Head of Data and Analytics at Palringo and Once Dating, where responsibilities ranged from data strategy to product ownership and analytical insights. Jean's technical expertise encompasses R, Python, SQL, AWS technologies, and providing data-driven solutions to enhance business performance. Additional experience includes project management consulting for AXA Investment Managers, freelance tutoring for MBA students, and leadership roles in public relations and product lifecycle management across several industries. Jean earned an Engineer's Degree in Product Design from ESTIA and a PGD in Advanced Technology Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
