Natalia Korzec is a Transaction Inquiries Specialist at Bitpanda since March 2022, responsible for processing crypto and fiat transactions, resolving operational issues, and conducting AML, fraud investigations, and KYC checks. Additionally, Natalia has experience in a temporary role within the Cards and Chargebacks Team, focusing on processing bank transfer recall requests and analyzing suspicious activities. Prior to Bitpanda, Natalia worked at Pekao Direct from September 2014 to February 2022, developing a new department and performing preventive and retention actions as a Consultant in the retention department, along with sales as a Junior consultant. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów.
